| Static blasting technology and blasting technology as an important supplement and development can provide condition that no noise,no vibration,no flying dust.It also can play the role of blasting at the same time.The use of chemicals as a static crushing agent is a kind of high swelling of inorganic materials,through the occurrence of hydration reaction of the volume expansion will be brittle fracture expansion crack in order to achieve the rushing effect.In the concrete buildings broken,stone mining and cutting,rock excavation and other projects,especially the local crushing engineering is used widely.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research present situation,the paper analyzes the theory of the static crushing principle according to the relevant knowledge of mechanics,through the design test,the expansion pressure generated by the static cracking agent is tested,and the whole process of the reaction of the crusher is mastered,It is found that the large amount of heat is released in the experiment,and the expansion pressure is increasing rapidly in a relatively short period of time.In the design,the direction of crack is controlled by the way of placing opposite material or reserving empty hole in the hole:1.The static crushing test analysis of 150mm×150mmx 150mm concrete with different guiding modes was found,When the plate is placed in the test piece,the board can not guide the action,and the steel plate has a certain guiding function;When the test piece is added to the opening cylinder,the guide of the steel tube is more obvious than that of the PVC tube,the crack is only developed along the opening of the steel pipe,and the test piece is broken,and the function of protecting the surrounding rock can be compared with the steel plate.2.The guiding effect of different pore sizes and hole spacing on the crack of the loading hole in the 500mm×600mm×400mm porous specimen is discussed,It is found that the crack is always in the direction of the filling hole and the air hole,and the aperture of the void has little effect on the crack direction.The decisive action is the distance of the empty hole,compared with the blank hole test block,and the crack is predictable.Finally on the basis of experiment,the stress field and displacement field of concrete are simulated by using ANSYS under the condition of free hole:1. Under conditions of hole,the hole appears around the distribution of stress field, displacement field produced by the same uniform.2.Three holes with two holes under charge,the maximum tensile stress occurs around the sides of the hole,the hole in the middle of both ends of the presence of stress increases,visible concrete hole on the line of centers suffered large tensile stress occurs along the direction broken.3.Under the five-hole hole charge,the maximum tensile stress around the charge holes in the upper and lower wiring distance shorter holes large tensile stress,consistent with the crushing test case.In connection hole location compressive stress smaller area and more appear.The results obtained are in agreement with the experimental results.It is found that the stress on the connection between the filling hole and the empty hole is larger,and the maximum of the crack is generated. |
