Bridge engineering has developed for many years at home and abroad.Bridge construction technology approaches more mature. Different types of bridges has different construction methods. Each construction method has its own characteristics and is suitable for different situations. Due to the pursuit of large span,low cost and high quality, continuous girder bridge and continuous steel structure bridge, etc. are used widely in the domestically. Cantilever casting method is developing in the construction of these bridges. This method does not require construction caffold erection, porous bridge span construction at the same time and reusing of the hanging basket. However cantilever casting method has its own drawbacks, such as the structural parameters are more difficult in control and more construction steps.The development of bridge construction technology also requires the safety and quality requirements of bridge construction. The purpose of bridge Construction monitoring is to solve this problem. This paper describes the theoretical approach of the Cantilever Construction Method for monitoring, and illustrates the specific steps in the process of monitoring implementation. Based on engineering practice, I have used the theoretical knowledge into practical projects and successfully completed the monitoring analysis of a continuous girder bridge. For the process of monitoring analysis, the impact of temperature to the displacement and stress has been opinted out and put some solutions. In addition, since some relevant factors would cause the error of parameters since the process of bridge construction, such as shrinkage and creep of concrete, prestressed error, Cradle stiffness uncertainty. I have cited two parameter identification method for processing on the influence of these parameters. They are kalman filtering method and gray theory. In this paper, the method for solving part of the gray theory is used to eliminate the impact of these errors,which is to make monitoring the process of meet reality.In this paper, a full use of existing Bridges monitoring method has been appliedon the monitoring of the bridge. Finite element modeling was carried out on the bridge structure, the construction phase are divided, and the complex construction steps are simplified. Errors which may exist in the height of the entire construction monitoring are recognised, and the current bridge monitoring technology is improved and supplemented.
