Study On Some Technology In Subway Construction

In recent years, the subway network has been formed with construction of subway continuously. It is inevitable that new subway passes through others which has been existing, so the shield technology plays a very important role in construction. On the other hand, the subway waterproof is an important sector to ensure the construction quality of subway, and the quality of waterproof relates directly to the use, durability and security of the subway. In construction, geological condition and underground structures (underground pipeline etc.) are anfractuosities, so keeping abreast of the circumstantialities and monitoring the data to be analyzed and managed, and realizing informational and dynamic in subway construction is very necessary.In the construction that the subway shielding through another, the main factors and the mechanism causing distortion and displacement of stratum, and the soil mass distortion condition when shield push into the stratum are analyzed in this paper, Also the construction technology and measure adopt is analyzed particularly. On the other hand, to guaranteed subways existed run normally and safely, the two main techniques that high-pressure jet grouting pile and over-long pipe-shed grouting reinforce are studied thoroughly, and the rationality of selecting reinforce measure is discussed.Under the guideline"Rigid project and flexible project should be combined, and there should be several defense lines"and in view of different construction method and construction position, different techniques and matters needing attention in subway waterproof works is investigated in detail. The author emphasized that subway waterproof works is a holistic engineering and each part of the structure has to plays each waterproof effect.In the trend with subway construction developed information, a GIS system has been put forward in this paper, which combined monitoring and construction assistant task. And the author has carried on the collectivity design and functional design, presented the suggestion of selection of the GIS platform. In the end, the methods of collecting the monitor data and laying out the monitor point is researched in-depth and designed.
