In recent years, environmental protection and energy-saving draw more and more attentions. As the new three-step energy-saving criterion was propsed in Tianjin, further requirements about heat-insulating property with building outer structure was brought forward. Therefore, based on the traditional concrete sandwich (CS) plate structure predominance, which adapt to the three-step energy-saving criterion, we bring forward a new board after further research. This paper, based on the experimental research on one-way simply supported three-step-energy-saving slabs(three members) with the span of 4.8m under the concentrate load, the shearing failure forms of this kind of slabs were shown. We gained the interaction curve between load and deflection, and the interaction curve between load and strain of the concrete sandwich slabs, and studied the shear characteristic and the shear transmission of the concrete sandwich slabs.Based the experimental foundation, the theoretical formula of the shearing failure load of this kind of slabs were provided in this thesis. Besides, in this paper, we compared shear characteristic of two-step-energy-saving slabs and three-step-energy-saving slabs. At the last, we puts forward CS slab finite element model and it's analyse method. We made comparison between the computed results and the experimental results, and they are in good agreement.Above-mentioned investigation results can provide references for engineering application and further study of three-step-energy-saving CS slabs.
