Recently, environmental protection and energy-saving draw more and more attentions. As the new three-step energy-saving criterion was propsed in Tianjin, further requirements about heat-insulating property with building outer structure was brought forward. Therefore, based on the traditional concrete sandwich (CS) plate structure predominance, which adapt to the three-step energy-saving criterion, we bring forward a new roof board after further research.This paper was based on experiments. We made an effective analysis on the bending resistance capacity of the new concrete sandwich plate with the finite-element method. There were three kinds of sample plate classified by steel truss connectors' diameters and disposal. The samples were simply supported and the faces were applied with graduated uniformly distributed load. At the same time, we gained the interaction curve between load and deflection, and the interaction curve between load and strain of the samples. Based on the experiments we discussed the contribution of the steel truss connectors' diameters and installing vertical steel truss on the bending resistance ability.This paper puts forward CS roof plate finite element model and it's analyse method. The analysis result indicates that the finite element model and analyse method is appropriate and makes some analyse of the CS plates with different distributed steel.Through the analyse of the experimentation data and modifying the concrete specification about flexural rigidity formula, this paper brings forward a method of check formul about CS roof plate's flexivity under regular service conditions and a method of computating head-on cross-section bearing capacity which are seasoned with concrete specification. The results are highly conformable with the experimentation and can be used in engineering.
