With the developing of intelligent construction and the building automatic control technology, equipment automation has become the basic content, which students of construction environment and facility engineering should grasp. In order to make the student understand better the abstract content about PID parameter of automatic control principles, it revolves the Visual Basic as the exploring tool is applied, then a set of teaching demonstration software system which based on the PID parameter adjustment principle is developed independently.At first, the software design foundation is analyzed first in this article, the software engineering, the elementary theory of database design as well as the PID control basic concept and the installation method is expounded, then based on the control theory connected to the experimental request, the mechanism design, the air-conditioning system design as well as the monolithic integrated circuit system design with temperature survey and the control function realization is carried on. Not only basic PID control algorithm but also the advanced version is studied here, basing on the software engineering and database theory, the position machine program is made out by the software of'Visual Basic', then the digital PID control algorithm is implemented on computer. Finally on the base of software and hardware related to the temperature control installment, monolithic integrated circuit and the refrigeration system hardware system debugging as well as the debugging of software Visual Basic 6.0 debugging is completed. After that, Finally, on the base of software and hardware installing, the transition responding curve is present, by applying the scale-control, proportional - integral control, proportional - integral - differential control,under the condition of certain step disturb signal, then giving related analysis to the results of experiment, in order to master the effect of the factors in the PID controlling algorithm.As a conclusion, the applying of the software system has benefits not only in the training the creative conscious of students, improving the quality of the teaching efficiency, but also the deepening of the education innovation, and speeding up of the teaching modernization.
