In China, people have not paid attention to rising and lowing for level flag staff in the stadiums until July 2001, when Beijing won the bid of Olympics. Rising and lowing for level flag staff in the stadiums are the important part of Olympic ceremony, which can reflect the level of the host city. In our country, most stadiums have no jacking devices or just have some simple ones, which cannot meet the demand of big games. According to the requirement of Olympic Committee and the market, this subject focuses on the development of jacking system for level flagstaff, especially the safety redundancy of the devices.We do optimum design in the following aspects.Adopting the variable voltage control technique, making the flag rise along with the national anthem. The databases of national flag and anthem are easy to be altered or modified. The formats of the national anthem are rich and varied.Realizing the remote control of the ups and downs of telescopic hanging flagstaff. Realizing the remote control of central control room besides the local control and manual (button) control.As for the double-machine redundant design and the power-off-time electric supply, the system adopt the UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and standby machines, which guarantee the procedure when power ineffective or the main machine goes wrong.Four-lift-point design enhances the safety of the system, then loosing of a rope will not lead to falling or tilting.Self-learning mode. Learning the height of the flagstaff and memorize the record automatically.
