| For the Auto industrial development, the new topic is safety, economy energy and environmental conservation. The design of body-in-white is also linked with it closely. The design and trend for the modern saloon body is good-looking, well-used, easy to maintain and produce on besides of high-speed, safety and comfort.For long time, the auto cost increased for the reason of the deviation of the spare part dimension, the unqualified for the welding clearance, and so on. All the problems are related with the process and welding for the car body. And it makes the person perplex. As we all know, the body-in-white quality is the most important factor influencing on the auto assembly precision. And only the certified welding fixture can ensure the body-in-white quality.In this thesis, some items for the welding fixture design are described in detail on the base of the project named LG-1, for instance, defining the welding follow chart, analyzing for the design principle and the precision control method, introducing the module design elements, ect. For the doors fixture design .The MLP system analysed, the process of welding and assembling is simulated. At last, the foregrounds of welding fixture designing are described, the use for the flexible fixture and welding robot.Improving the welding fixture design level is the base to meet the request of the updateing auto model. This paper resolves some technical difficulties of the fixture design.It are the frame of reference summing-up for our fixture design. |
