Automobile is an indispensable tool in life,there are four manufacturing processes for automobile: stamping,welding,coating and general assembly,welding is an important link in it.The automobile welding fixture is used to position and compress the body parts in the welding process,to ensure the accuracy and quality of BIW welding,the automobile welding fixture plays an important role in automobile production.With the continuous development of economic level,many new cars have been introduced with very fast rate,the production speed of automobile welding fixture directly affects the renewal speed of new models.The welding production system required to be constructed quickly and efficiently to fit in with the needs of the fast growing society.In recent years,the computer technology developed fast,flexible production and agile manufacturing are used in welding production,the design of automobile welding fixture is also constantly innovative,the automobile welding production line becoming more flexible.The automobile welding fixture parts standardization research can promote the efficiency of welding fixture design and production,which is the structural basis of the flexible development welding fixture.This article will standardize some parts in the welding fixture unit of automobile and design enterprise standard parts in the light of real matters of Yantai Hechuang Automation Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "HC").Through statistics and analysis of the use of various parts in fixture products of HC,the types of standard parts are determined,the study standardized the common mold block,connecting block,locating pin and pressing arm,determine the form and use method of the standard parts,specified the quantity of spare parts for various standard parts,in order to facilitate the direct selection and assembly in the process of fixture design and production.The study defined the specific structure of standard parts,introduced the design and modeling process,constructs HC10 series standard parts library.This text also makes a detailed plan for the use of standard parts,compares and verifies the application fixture productswith which not applied them.The practicality of standard parts well be test in fixture products by using computer-aided design and virtual assembly technology,show the effect of standard parts,check it weather convenience and economic or not.By the using of standard parts,fixture can reach a higher standard level.Through the use of standard parts library,the number of machining parts is reduced,thus the time of 2D drawing and drawing review of a large number of parts is saved,the speed of design and production fixture is improved,and the production cycle of fixture is shortened.By the used of standard parts,the standard parts can be processed earlier than machining parts,the processing can be carried out in batches,and the project can be carried out more leisurely and orderly.The improvement of standardization rate makes the interchangeability of fixture better,which is conducive to the modification,the change of fixture and the development of welding fixture flexibility.
