The structural design of the arched bridge located in Zhongxinzhuang road-Jingjintang expressway in West Area of Development Area was very novelty. Structural elements was light and handy and the structure gave expression to the advantage and economy in design because the two-hinged deck arch domes with 70m span length was used in the main bridge with double-lines. However, lots of problems such as: the complex structural stress and construction technology, high difficulty of construction and so on appeared due to the complex cross-section of this arched bridge. Designer must have taken consideration for the structural stress and deformation after the arched bridge was built and given thought to the changes of the structural stress and deformation during the whole process of construction. But, some problems in design calculation could not be resolved according the applicable codes and current calculation software; some problems even were inexplicable with calculation like changes of the stress and deformation during construction.Therefore, it was necessary to make adequate analysis on the design calculation of arched bridge in this project. During structural construction through test, the stress and deformation of the arched bridge in different steps was understood; the bearing capacity of the arched bridge after it was built was understood; rational advices were provided for the design and construction of the bridge in time.Detailed research on the construction technology of the two-hinged deck arch domes was performed through the construction processes of the ramp bridge, the arched bridge, deck and accessory structures in the project of this paper. The construction technology of the main bridge arch rib, which was the key component in construction of this arched bridge, was founded, that was: first testing, then lifting; first descend, the up-bound; symmetry lift of every slicing, first cross direction, then lengthwise direction connecting in turns, later forming the whole body with wet hookup; group installing in turns, installing while stretching, realizing the conversion of the system. Through the detailed analysis on different construction steps and the whole bridge of the arched bridge located in Zhongxinzhuang road-Jingjintang expressway in West Area of Development Area, the real-time tracking test method on changes of the stress and deformation in each key component during the whole construction process of the arched bridge was determined. The vehicle test of the built arched bridge on bearing capacity was performed. This construction technology ensured the reliability and safety of structural construction of the arched bridge located in Zhongxinzhuang road-Jingjintang expressway in West Area of Development Area and benefited the structural design theory and construction technology of this kind of bridge.
