Research On The Construction Technology Of Double-Hinge Type Arched Bridge Spanning Jin-Bin Superhighway

In combination with the construction experience of an interchange spanning an expressway, this thesis systematically expatiates on the below-crossing steel pipe construction technology, the main bridge arch rib construction, the arch column construction, construction monitoring and so on. It also carefully studies the trombone construction craft and the main span arch rib line type control in the expressway roadbed, and researches the construction technology of the diagonal cylinder on the main span rib as well as the monitors and controls to the stress and tansformation in various stages during the construction of the bridge. The main contents and results of study on this issue are as follows:1. Expressway below-crossing steel pipe construction technologyBriefly introduces the plan comparison and selection of the horizontal directional driller and miniature jacking pipe machine, elaborates the construction plan with the horizontal directional driller on feasibility study, machine type selection, structure introduction, basic work method as well as construction preparation; simultaneously introduces the construction of the steel pipe laying, construction error prevention and processing measures etc.2. Main span arch rib construction technologyBriefly introduces the construction plan comparison and selection of the main span arch rib as well as the arch rib structure type, elaborates with emphasis the support design of the main span arch rib, the mechanical checking computation and the putting-up of the support; at the same time, introduces the design and the construction of the arch rib formworks, setting-out of the central line and the level of the arch rich as well as the pouring and curing construction of the arch rib concrete.3. Arch column construction technologyBriefly introduces the type, section length and the reinforcement plan of the formworks and the construction plan comparison and selection of the formwork support and the concrete vibration of the arch column; elaborates the construction of the concrete vibration with the tremie method and the slump control of the arch column concrete.4.
