With the improving of our national economy, kinds of industry production demand high power quality. Getting the power quality parameters of power system in time is very important to industry production. At present, our country's power quality national standard was chiefly stipulated five quotas: frequency, harmonic and voltage fluctuation, unbalance and the voltage fluctuation and flicker. The objective of this paper is using the newest technology of the field of measurement and control now, the virtual instrument technique to which standards. Its real time monitoring is able to go deep into influence. It also can provide the detailed power quality power department, mentioned above five power quality analysis to the monitoring and then the monitoring analysis and results for the power department.The design and implement of hardware and software are mainly analyzed in this thesis. With regard to the hardware design, the sensor, signal modulating circuit and the sampling circuit are introduced. Design the function modules of the system based on the graphics language LabVIEW is discussed in the software design. The function modules of the system include the data-acquiring, frequency, effective value, three phase unbalance, harmonic analyzing, the voltage fluctuation and flicker measuring, data storage. The system can monitor electric power parameter in real time. Finally, this thesis presents the results of primary test, the result proves that the system can meat the most requirement of designation for the power quality parameters monitoring system.
