As the economy developing rapidly in current society, the scale of the power system is extending increasingly and the customers represent excellence and high standards in the field of power quality. So it has become one of the focused research topics. On one side, the number of factors to affect the power quality is more and more such as the application of power electronic and nolinear devices. On the other side, the high accuracy instruments require high power quality. Thus the reliability of the power quality is very important. To improve the power quality, the primary task is the supervision and analysis of the power system to acquire the parameters of the power quality and then to find out the cause of the deterioration.This paper presents a new supervision and analysis system of the power quality based on Labview on the basis of the research of the nation standard and the measuring and analytical method of the parameters in power system. This system is aim to implement the algorithm in Labview.This paper adopts the Labview2010as the software development platform. Firstly, the program of the voltage and frequency module, harmonic analysis module and voltage fluctuation and flicker measuring module should be developed. Then, the software design of whole system is accomplished after the design of the user loin and user interface module and the integration of the first step and the user interface module. Finally, this design uses the MP4210signal capture card made by the Beijing Shuangnuo and tests the program by analyzing the input signals generated by the signal generator.
