In the field of power electronics, Inversion Technology plays an important role. It is the main supporting technology of modern electric drive system and the core technology of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). With the increasing development of telecommunication, electronics technology and power systems, the consumers need puts forward higher requirements for the performance, weight, volume, efficiency, reliability and environment protection of power source. Under such background a new high technology field called High-frequency Link Inverter receives enough attention and flourishing development.At present, the unidirectional power flow mode high frequency link DC/AC inverter is widely used. This kind of converters could only be applied to the system which power transmission from power supply to load is unidirectional. Also the energy should course three grades transform named high frequency inversion, high frequency rectification and low frequency inversion. Because of above, this converter has disadvantages of more conduction loss, complex system structure and low efficiency. According to these disadvantages, the Bi-directional Voltage-source High Frequency Link Inverter not only realize Bi-directional power transmission but also course only two grades power transform of high frequency inverter and cycloconverter. So this inverter has advantages of less conduction loss, simple system structure and high efficiency. This paper mainly researches the Full-bridge Bi-directional Voltage-source High Frequency Link DC/AC Inverter based on resonance.At first, this thesis briefly introduces the research situation of high frequency link inverter in home and abroad. Based on explanations of the emergence and development of High-frequency Link Inverter Technology, the advantage and disadvantage of several typical Voltage-source and Current-source High Frequency Link Inverters is analyzed. Beginning with analyzing the topology constructer and the basic principle of High Frequency Link DC/AC Inverter based on resonance, this paper makes a deep research and discussion about the key technical problems of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter. This establishes the foundation of the theory analysis and argumentation. The paper puts emphases on the design and realization of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link DC/AC inverter. The total scheme of the system is designed and the analysis and calculation of various design parameters in main circuit, control circuit, protection circuit and power drive circuit is illustrated in detail. Finally the model of multi-closed-loop controlling system for High Frequency Link Inverter is established and also simulated by simulink toolbox of Matlab. Simulation results show that the closed loop system possesses good stability and robustness.
