In this paper, a detailed introduction of the application of high frequency link transformer in the sine inverter power supply is given. To use the high frequency link transformer instead of silicon-steel transformer which is traditionally and widely used, the higher power-density and reliability are achieved. The resonant technique is included in order to eliminating the EMI due to power conversion, and the power supply's efficiency is improved though the resonant technique. After analyzing the rules and the features of the resonant phase shifted full bridge DC/DC converter, the magnetic components is designed using the Area Product method, which based on the Mn-Zn ferrety. The duty cycle losses in the secondary winding are improved though the introducing of the assistant resonant circuits which is made up by the resonant inductor and passive components. In the hardware design, the analog PWM control integrate circuit is used to achieve the control of the resonant phase shifted full bridge DC/DC converter, to transfer the power and regulator the output voltage. The digital circuits are introduced in the SPWM inversion, which have brought the elimination of harmonics, high switching frequency, simplified circuits and high reliability. The practical test and operation demonstrates the system's performances and the capabilities to transfer power with the small-sized transformer and high efficiency.
