With the development of our national economy and improvement of people's living standards, people require more comfort degree of the living environment. Heating and air conditioner have already become the requisite measures of the building. On the other hand, because the constant exploitation and use of the traditional energy, it has been reducing dramatically in reserves, at same time, the environmental pollution becomes more and more serious. Renewable energy are abundant in resource, and is clean and can regenerate, it is in the rather important substituted energy in the future. Consequently, to study the renewable energy in heating and refrigeration can not only save the consumption of the traditional energy greatly, but also benefit the environmental protection.Air energy and low-temperature geothermal energy is the most extensive used energy in the renewable energy. So, the thesis analyzes the air-source heat pump system and ground-source heat pump system, summarizing its characteristic, pointing out its existent problem and developmental prospect.This thesis selected some civil buildings in Shanghai as model, utilized simulation tool kit for the design of building hot environment that developed by Tsing-Hua University (DeST), and then calculated the timed-load of the air conditioner in the heating season and the cooling season.Regarding meteorological parameter and load calculated by DeST as the foundation, the author designed the air-source heat pump system and ground-source heat pump system. By using Excel and Matlab program on the air-source heat pump system, ground-source heat pump system and the heat source part of gas boiler / air-cooled water, the author calculated and compared their energy consumption in detail. The conclusions are: The energy-conserving result of heat source part of gas boiler is remarkable, and the heat pump system is the best in summer; the most energy-conserving system is the ground-source heat pump system in the whole year.
