Three-axis flight simulation tables are the key equipment for flight simulation test of missiles and other aircraft's ground semi-entity. The aircraft's pitching, yaw, roll, and other kinds of changes in the position and orientation in their space motions can be simulated by the tables. And the tables are widely used in the fields of aeronautics and aerospace, national defense. As a kind of high-precision equipment, the dynamics characteristics of their frameworks will directly influence on the reliability of the whole table's dynamic simulation. The outside framework of simulation tables which is an O type structure is an important support structure component, so it is very important that the dynamic characteristics of outside framework should be analyzed and the structure should be optimized during the structure designing process.The basic theories including dynamic analysis of the structures, the optimization design, Artificial Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm are summarized in this dissertation. The abundant boundary conditions are loaded on the outside framework according the true condition of simulation table operating and the Topology Optimization Analysis is applied to design the framework. On the base of TOA, taking the moment of inertia as optimization goal, the outside framework structure is optimized by GA-ANN method in restrict condition of structural dimensions and natural frequency. It is purposed to get the best structure of outside framework of simulation table, in order to find the lest moment of inertia in the precondition of fit the dynamics characteristics required.According to the results of topological analysis, a separate-extent optimization method is designed in this dissertation. The structural dimensions in different extents are taken as optimization parameters considering the structure requirement and production technology. The mapping from optimization parameters to optimization goal is built by ANN, and the logical structural dimensions of outside framework are calculated by GA which is especially suitable for the structural optimization. The optimization indicated that the moment of inertia and the mass of outside framework have a decrease obviously in restrict condition of satisfy the structural dimensions and natural frequencies. The impact of the optimization is obvious, and the optimization method is satisfied.
