| With the rapid development of modern science and technology,mechanical transmissionequipment has been put forward higher and higher requirements.In the field of theautomobile,gearbox is more complex component of mechanical transmission equipment,andhas been put forward higher and higher requirements in the transmission high power,smallvibration,low noise,small volume,light weight etc.Due to the enterprise product innovation,thetransmission structural material of a light truck made of cast iron is replaced castaluminum,and the function of the shell structure directly affects the service life of the shelland the structure performance of the light car.In view of this,in order to understand the staticand dynamic characteristics of gearbox shell,it is very necessary for analyzing static anddynamic characteristics of the transmission structure and researching on structural topologyoptimization,and this make it good mechanical performance,enough stiffness and strength,toadapt to bad working environment and ultimate load.In this paper, taking the gearbox shell of a light truck as the researchobject,three-dimensional modeling of gearbox shell structure is established using UGsoftware firstly.Combined with the dynamic simulation technology and finite elementsimulation analysis of the mechanical structure,the virtual simulation model of geartransmission system is established in the adams software,and calculates the bearing loads ofgearbox shell.at the same time,finite element model of the gearbox shell is established in theworkbench software,applied loads,and set the boundary conditions.The gearbox shell iscarried out statics analysis,obtained the gearbox shell stress and straincontours.Then,combined with the simulation and experimental research method,the gearbox shell has been respectively carried out finite element modal analysis and experiment modalanalysis,and obtained the numerical modal and experimental modal frequency of the gearboxshell through the modal vibration mode.the frequency error of similar test and simulationmodes of the gearbox shell is within8%,it is reciprocally verified that the experimental andsimulation modal analysis results is the reliability and accuracy. Also,it is effectively verifiedthat the finite element model of the gearbox shell is the correctness and rationality,so as totruly reflect the intrinsic characteristics of the gearbox shell.On this basis,the gearbox shellhas been carried out the research on structure topology optimization using structural finiteelement analysis and structural topology optimization techniques,analyzing the relativelyweak area of the gearbox shell,in order that the gearbox shell material has been reasonablelayout in product conceptual design stage.it will lay a foundation for the structure dynamicmodification and structure optimization design of the gearbox shell,Thus the enterprise caneffectively improve the performance of the gearbox.Therefore,the static and dynamiccharacteristics and structure topology optimization of the gearbox shell of a light truck has astrong practical value and theoretical significance of the project. |
