With the development of city construction and the advances of constructional technology,more and more tall and super tall buildings the complex shapes and various layout configurations have emerged in China,and resulting in a lot of wind environment problems that may affect the outdoor environment of buildings and health of human bodies and energy conservation. Wind conditions have a close and complicated relation with the building arrangement, surrounding environment and wind direction among others.The main purpose of this dissertation is to predict the commonly encountered unfavorable wind environment at the pedestrian height level around various building complexes and to found the mechanism of the corresponding phenomenon.Characteristic property of wind environment at chill area about high-rise housing district is analysed from climate subarea and tiny high-rise living area climate characteristic and relative comfortable degree standard of wind environment,so that it studies wind environment of high-rise housing district at chill area,and establish the wind speed-ratio as appraising a standard.Basis studying experience mainly in prehominid is listed in this thesis,and studied how the high-rise housing district at chill area is affected by dry monsoon.Firstly, the simulated model of the marriage partner definition and finding the solution method is builded in thesis.And then the thesis analysises the flat surface of all kinds constitutes a form and adjacent residential height changes and residential line spacing on high wind environment. Some of the qualitative and quantitative impact of the law is summed up.Secondly, cold wind settlements senior environmental design strategies is Aggregated and a senior settlements at Harbin is analysised and simulated althought,and there is adjusting the layout from simulation results. This study will have a theoretical basis for the city building of chill area and the senior settlements planning.In this dissertation, the integrated use of the simulation, compare, summarize and analyze the way,object model definition and calculation air pressure, wind speed ratio of environmental data, and its comparative analysis, proposed settlements cold wind senior environmental design strategy. This dissertation seeks to cold wind settlements senior regional environmental planning for a comfort, energy-saving design aspects of strategy and quantitative basis for the design.
