In recent years,the high-rise residential area has gradually become the main form of urban housing construction,which is the inevitable choice under the increase of population and the strict control of construction land in the city.However,with the residential area become higher and higher,the wind environment there had been changed due to the change of spatial elements,which is directly affects the comfort of residents.Especially in the winter,the high wind speed and turbulence around the high-rise residential buildings have an increasing impact on residents' daily life.Therefore,it is very important to improve the outdoor wind environment of high-rise residential buildings in winter.Beside traditional architectural design and layout strategy,the greening layout can also solve the outdoor wind environment problem of high-rise buildings.This paper starts from the winter weather conditions in Hefei,and we can get the meteorological data related to wind environment based on the meteorological data analysis which is from Hefei meteorological bureau.On the other hand,we can get the general characteristics of high-rise residential buildings in Binhu district of Hefei through site investigations and summarize the basic characteristics of the high wind environment.Based on this,we know the wind environment in canyon area,the household space and the corner zone have been influenced by the high level residential buildings.Then we concludes that the greening layout will play a certain role in the wind environment of high-rise residential areas in Hefei based on the summarize of the domestic and foreign research.The Envi-met simulation software is used to simulate the high-level housing canyon effect and corner effect.This paper defines the wind speed as the criterion to measure the wind environment,and then analyzes the effect of greening layout on wind environment.We can analyze the influence of different layouts on specific wind environment problems in high-rise residential buildings according to the simulation results and evaluation indexes.Finally,through simulation of the case----Zhongtie high-rise residential area in Binhu district of Hefei are adjusted and verified by using the comfort optimization strategy.
