The research and manufacture of material emissivity test system based on FT/I-R is needed for special material by department of national defense and spaceflight, is sustained by National Nature Science fund and is cooperated item with Institute of Spaceflight Material and Technics.The spectral emissivity of material is the important one of characters for thermophysical property of material. As the development of national defense and spaceflight scopes and thorough research of special material, the measurement precision of emissivity becomes more and more importance. The test method based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer is much better than many other test methods. Many developed nation all over the world established own emissivity test system, however, it isn't difficult of finding more or less flaw, such as narrow temperature scope, low temperature upper limit and less consideration of spectral band absorbing by atmosphere environment. And so, based on past work, the author designed a higher temperature upper limit emissivity test system based on FT/IR.Compared with measurement method of all the country in the world, using advantaged spectral emissivity measurement method, manufacture measurement system of spectral emissivity based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer possessed quick measurement speed, high resolving power and high Signal to Noise and many other advantages. The measurement temperature scope of this measurement system is very wide, the temperature scope is from room temperature to 2400 Celsius degree. The design of hardware structure is very complex. The measurement system of emissivity is composed of the following parts: FT/IR-6100, the main body structure, high and low temperature black furnace, high and low temperature sample heating furnace, water bath system, oil bath system, temperature control system and computer. The work principle and character of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer is specified, and the character of FT/IR-6100 is analysed. The design of software adopts Labview that is graphics software development environment, achieved many user manipulation of graphics, visualization, flexibility. The design of software consists of demarcate of environment compensation parameter, analysis of spectral data, calculating of spectral emissivity and creating emissivity test reports. In the aspect of theory, according with practical conduction of emissivity test system, bringing out the case of environment influence compensation; From the law of displacement, analysis of spectral uncertainty degree aroused by temperature uncertainty degree. In the aspect of experiment, using sample emissivity measurement system, obtained some material spectral emissivity from room temperature to 2400 Celsius degree, the result of test accords with rule of material's spectral emissivity, Proving feasibility of spectral emissivity measurement method based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer.
