Infrared stealth coating refers to special functional coatings used to weaken the infrared characteristic signals of weapon systems to meet the requirements of stealth.It is designed to reduce the radiance of targets(such as aircraft,missiles and tanks,etc.)in the infrared band and make them equipped in infrared detection systems.The shape of is concealed,deformed,or camouflaged,reducing its probability of being discovered and identified.Emissivity is a dimensionless physical quantity that describes an object's ability to radiate to the outside world.It is an important parameter to characterize the infrared radiation properties of materials.Adjusting the emissivity of the infrared stealth coating is an effective way to reduce the target's infrared radiation energy and improve the stealth performance of the equipment.This article mainly uses Mie scattering theory to calculate the optical parameters of individual particles.The metal particles in the coating are equivalent to isotropic metal spheres,and the parameters of scattering,absorption and extinction of individual particles are calculated.The influence of the dimensional parameters on the optical parameters is analyzed,and the calculated results are imported into Kubelka-Munk two-energy flow theory to calculate the emissivity of the coating.By changing the particle size,doping percentage,coating thickness and other parameters,an infrared stealth coating with low emissivity was optimized and designed.According to the actual application requirements of the coating,the metal's Drude model is used to calculate the optical constants of the metal particles at different temperatures,and the effect of temperature on the coating emissivity is calculated and analyzed.Rate calculation.For the infrared low-emissivity coating,a radiation characteristic measuring device including an infrared integrating sphere was established,and the actual measured value was compared with the theoretical value to verify the accuracy of the model.Mastering the emissivity calculation model of infrared stealth coating can effectively solve the awkward situation of no trend reference in coating design.It promotes the rapid development of coating design and construction,improves the application performance of infrared stealth coatings,and plays an important role in promoting the rapid development and installation of stealth technology.
