The imbalance of rotor is the most exciting force of rotatory mechanical vibration,especially high speed rotating mechanical vibration, and besides, it is the important cause that brings out and aggravates other malfunctions.Moreover, it is necessary to give more attention to dynamic imbalance that now mechanical equipments are being developed in the direction of high efficiency and high speed and rotating movement is the main movement form of most mechanical systems.This thesis has done lots of work in dynamic balance mechanism and method , combined the technique of virtual instruments with that of field whole-machine dynamic balancing and designed the dynamic balance test system .The thesis introduce the application of virtual instruments in dynamic balancing and the function of graphical programming language named LabVIEW in detail . The th-esis focus on the testing method of rigid rotor including single emendation plate and double emendation plate dynamic balancing and determine the project of testing syste-m analyses the specialties and principle of the senor, more over , The thesis determine installation location of senor .The thesis has better solve the signal-processing proble-m and remove the interference signal . According to the signal-processing, this paper uses the correlation analysis method which is applied and discussed in LabVIEW to gain the amplitude and phase values. It successfully solves the interface problem betw-een LabVIEW and domestic multi-functional data Acquisition card ,and work outs programs for synchronously acquiring mass data continuously. The thesis has designed lots of modules including: data acquisition , Data management , time-frequency analysis ,phase difference analysis ,single emendation plate and double emendation plate. The th-esis discusses source of tolerance in testing system. This thesis use phase difference correction, a reasonable and efficient spectral correction to correct the frequency spectr-um in order to improve precision of system.The virtual dynamic balance instrument has very high speed, high precision, and friendly interface and can be operated simply .
