This issue is the design and optimization of multi-functional crankshaft dynamicbalance testing system, manly based on crankshaft test object, according to the problemof low efficiency of dynamic balance in the production, on the premise of achieveallowable amount of unbalance, with a minimum weight and total weight to a minimumas the goal, put forward a kind of optimization algorithm of automatic crankshaftdynamic balancing decomposition endeavors, based on the algorithm to design a set ofcrankshaft dynamic balance test system. In addition, to improve the signal collectionand processing speed and positioning unbalance more accurate, respectively design thecorrelation analysis circuit and the angle measurement circuit.In this paper, based on the study of the reversible equilibrium theory of rigid rotor,expounds the traditional crankshaft dynamic balancing method. In view of itsdisadvantages, put forward an effective crank unbalance optimization decompositionalgorithm——Polyhedral correction method. Then the multi-function crankshaftdynamic balance test system respectively from two aspects of hardware and software.The hardware part mainly includes the selection of sensors、programmable signalamplification、the design of the sinusoidal (cosine)signal generator、the design of thephase-locked frequency multiplication circuit、the design of the level conversion circuit、D/A conversion circuit design、signal acquisition circuit、phase frequency multiplicationmodule、zero detection module、count latch modules, etc. PC software programming useVisual Basic6.0, mainly includes the main program、 system interface、 serialcommunication system calibration、measurement module、the crankshaft unbalancedecomposition module, etc. Programming language used in the lower computer is theassembler language and C language, the assembler language completed the fourchannels of A/D converter data acquisition and communication with PC, C language tocomplete the Angle calculation and display.By experiment on the testing of the whole system has carried on the variousvalidation. Experiments conducted on each part respectively first, then put the uppermachine and lower machine online, to examine the stability and the accuracy of the overall. The experimental results show that this test system effectively reduces the totalcrankshaft to weight, to a great extent improve the efficiency of the dynamic balanceand has high practical value.
