Research On Design For ABSL-2 Animal Biology Security Laboratory

The ABSL-2 animal biology security laboratory is a new development in recent years, the basic science and the front science research in this laboratory can be carried out.Towards Opening laboratory (ABSL-2) of key subject clinical medicine in the universities of Henan province, this paper, calculating the heating and cooling load, wet load, the air volume, Using heat exchanger, Venturi valve and the second pump technology, achieves the match among the heating and cooling load, wet load, the air volume, and indoor dry conditions for requirements of process. Using the air distribution method of up air supply and down air return/exhaust ventilation achieves the purpose of the protection of laboratory staff health and prevention of Laboratory gases escape. The laboratory equipment and its operation condition are monitored through the automatic control system.Some energy conservation technical measures have been taken in the engineering design, and its use economical efficiency have been analyzed.The study design has a reference on animal biology security laboratory design which is under construction at the present time.
