Atpresent, the construction energy consumption has occupied our country total energy consumption 27.5%, the construction energy conservation has become the key point which our country conserves energy.Must realize the construction energy conservation, must develop the new wall material, enhances the outer wall the heat preservation performance, outside the window heat preservation and gas tightness.The energy conservation construction in the ordinary circumstances, the enhancement surrounding protection structure heat preservation heat insulation performance, the architectural engineering construction cost also wants the corresponding enhancement.In order to conserve energy the project construction cost which increases, namely so-called energy conservation investment.This article mainly developed already had the house construction energy conservation technology economic analysis research.First was detailed discussed several kind of outer wall heat preservation system fundamental construction, the performance characteristic, the main technical specification, the job practice and so on, has analyzed these system superiority and the existence question. In order to outside explain keeps warm the technical efficiency, this article through the selection northern area Beijing, Shenyang and the Harbin non-energy conservation design took the contrast datum design, uses outside two kinds in this design foundation to keep warm the technical plan (textile fiber enhancement to gather outside benzene board to keep warm, cement gathers outside benzene board to keep warm), makes separately conserves energy 50% design proposal.According to conserves energy 50% related stipulation and the limiting value, calculates technical economic indicators and so on their heat consumption, coal economized quantity, energy conservation investment, energy conservation income and energy conservation investment recoupment period, calculates conserves energy 50% energy conservation to design the scope and the investment recoupment period which each square meter floor space construction cost increases.The computed result indicated that, the textile fiber enhancement gathers outside the benzene board to keep warm, the energy conservation investment accounts for the project construction cost 7.4%~9.6%, investment recoupment period 5.6~7 years.The cement gathers outside the benzene board to keep warm, the energy conservation investment accounts for the project construction cost 8.7%~10%, recycling age limit 6~9 years.Finally, this article through one already has the brick to mix the housing the technical economic analysis, explained the energy conservation heat preservation wall application necessity and the feasibility.
