| The underground workshop of Hydropower power station is large space,whose ventilation not only meet comfortableness but also consider energy-conservation.So it is necessary to establish reduced scale model to validate and optimize design of ventilation in large space.Establish experiment model according to the similarity theories,and adopt Archimedes number Ar as similiarity standard.Summarize domestic large-scale Hydropower station ventilate model,such as Longtan,Sanxia ect,we found the scale of general model is from 125 tol:10.Based on relevant literature and learn previous experience,we conceive to establish a reduced scale model of Hydropower station,which proportion of scale of is 1:50,meanwhlie measuring air distribution by 2DPIV.The paper mainly reasearch on air distributin of mainshop,bus corridor and control rooms by PIV,main work and reasearch show as follow:1.Validate feasibility of 1:50-scale model.Based on reasrearch on 120-scale ventilation model,"hypothetical","test"and"certification"three setps were arranged to test similar self-zone in 1:50-scale mode.Designe projects according to prototype air supply terms,and arrange vents symmetry in two kinds of scale models.The result of expeiments show the test in line,and relative error is not more than 12%.2.Optimization of the vault air supply.The vents arrange in vault as follow:vents symmetry in two lines,large vents in one line,vents on generation and so on.Under Isothermal air suuply,the velocity of four kinds of air supply projects all meet requriment.Morever,air distribution with vents symmetry in two lines is superior to other programmes,and velocity uneven coefficient is less than 0.19.Yet,air distribution with different diammater vents is worst. 3.Analysis to coanda effect in bus corridor.Mainly research on features of coanda effect in different air supply volume in bus corridor,and deduce the attach distence and location of vortex in three kinds of velocity(1.42m/s,1.85m/s,2.34m/s).4.Charactisc of natural air supply in mechanical exhaust.The ventilation form is natural air supply and mechanica exhaust in control rooms,air supply volum meet not only ventialtion but also fire fighting measure decay of axis speed,and draw velocitey curve. |
