Short-pier shear wall structures have the merits of special-shaped column and shear wall. In recent years, this structure system has been developing into a new type of system in China. Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3-2002) has given the explicit definition that short-pier shear wall structures' depth-thickNess ratio is about 5-8 and its thickNess is no smaller than 200mm.Compare to other structure systems, short-pier shear wall structures have many merits although it still in the stage of theoretical research . When the flange of short-pier shear wall structures component is pulled, the supporting capacity is quite high and the ductility is also very good; while when the web is pushed which the web area of pressure is quite small and tensile reinforcement of flange are relatively quite many, the supporting capacity is low and the ductility is also misses.Using finite element software ANSYS, this paper model test analysis of commonly pier length radio of Reinforced Concrete Short-pier shear wall under monotonic loading, and analyses mechanical performance of oblique section and the right section combining the finite element analysis's result. Comparing with existed standard formula this paper gives the reasonable suggestion formula. The Prime task is followed:1,The Cross-section capacity analysis is mainly about using hypothesis of horizontal section confirms feasibility of Short-pier shear wall component analysis; The influences of axis compression ratio to the large-small eccentricity; reinforcing bars of Right section computation can not defer symmetrical reinforcing bars according to the general vertical stress component because of asymmetrical section, and not be suitable to bending member's smallest ratio of reinforcement according to standard specification, this paper unifies the influence of axis compression ratio to the supporting capacity and the situation of longitudinal rod submits, compare computations of using several kinds of different formulas, gives the reasonable formula, and gives smallest ratio of reinforcement which the web plate pulling and the web plate bearing.2,The major work of analyzing the oblique section is to obtain the influential factors of supporting capacity of Short-pier shear wall's oblique section. Namely the axis compression ratio, the longitudinal ratio of reinforcement, matches the band rate, the dark column to match the band rate, to cut cross compares, the concretes intensity, the impact analysis of the section size resistance to cut the performance, obtains the general rule, gives formula which may use for reference.
