Damping and denoise of diesel engine on the premise that acquisition of accurate excitation source,and main bearing force is major excitation source of diesel engine body vibration.When crankshaft rotating,elements of the diesel engine colliding each other,which resulted in slight deformation of the element and complicated applied force one another.It is difficult to meet the needs of calculation accuracy in structural dynamics analysis method of classical mechanics and trail analysis method is infeasible,so many-body dynamics method was put forward,the method could increase efficiently calculation accuracy,and the diesel engine excitation source of vibration and noise could be accurate predicted.This paper,based on ADAMS,simulation study was carried out on the 6112 diesel engine crank shaft with multi-body dynamic analysis to obtain more accurate view of the diesel engine crankshaft of the dynamics of the outcome.And diesel engine signal-cylinder misfire fault simulation was carried out,it was useful for the diesel engine misfire fault diagnoses for the follow-up.Not only explored the application of multi-body dynamics modeling methods,but also simulated single-cylinder misfire failure when diesel engine working in the actual operation.1.This paper take one 6-cylinder turbo charger engine as the research object. First crankshaft was modeling and assembling in Pro/E.2.The three-dimensional model was introduced into finite element software MSC.NASTRAN and calculated,the analysis of natural frequency and crankshaft vibration mode shape were got,it provided a reliable basis for the dynamic response of the crankshaft.3.Then the multi-body dynamics model for the crankshaft assembly including flexible crankshaft was established by importing the three-dimensional models into the ADAMS and creating the modal neutral file.Made the dynamic characteristic simulation of the crankshaft assembly at normal condition,considering instantaneous speed and the change of the main bearing.4.Compared with free-end instantaneous speed,flywheel torque and the charge of main bearing,some useful rules about misfire fault were studied by the dynamic simulation analysis of the diesel engine when signal-cylinder in the misfire faults.It was useful for the diesel engine fault simulation based ADAMS for the follow-up.
