Contact problem has been a hot and difficult problems in the field of engineering, andthe optimization problems about contact nonlinear structure has also been has concern. In thepaper the basic concepts, content and characteristics of contact nonlinear structuraloptimization were studied, integrated design optimization for contact nonlinear structureconduct in-depth research, and integrated optimization technique is used in the crankshaft andthe crankshaft bearing assembly structure of a gasoline engine.In this paper multidisciplinary optimization software Isight will be used as integratedoptimization platform to develop Isight, SolidWorks and ANSYS integration fast optimizationdesign platform, and this platform will be used in the Structural optimization of the crankshaftand the crankshaft bearing assembly structure. Contact nonlinear structure (assembly structure)simulation optimization process include the establishment of the model, finite elementanalysis and the establishment of the optimization mathematical model. In this paper we willuse SolidWorks software to build three-dimensional solid model of the crankshaft and thecrankshaft bearing assembly structure and extract parameters in this mode, these parameterswill be used as the design variables and objective function of the optimization design.Three-dimensional solid models of the assembly created in SolidWorks software output anintermediate format*.x_t file for ANSYS finite element analysis. Using MPC contacttechnology of ANSYS build finite element model of crankshaft and the crankshaft bearingnonlinear structure and carry on finite element analysis of static and modal analysis. In theprocess of ANSYS analysis inputs, outputs and drive command files which will be used tooptimization design are produced, and these files contain the state variable for theoptimization design. Through analysis establish the mathematical model of the crankshaft andthe crankshaft bearing assembly structure, built integrated optimization model in Isight software, choose embedded optimization algorithm–NLPQL in Isight, definite designvariables, state variables and the objective function of the optimization design of thecrankshaft bearing assembly structure, and finally achieve integrated optimization. In thispaper, design variables of the nonlinear structural optimization design are the9sizeparameters of the crankshaft bearing assembly structure; state variable extract form stress,strain and modal after contact nonlinear finite element analysis; objective function select theassembly structure total mass. |
