China is one of the countries with serious earthquake disaster in the world. As to the construction structural engineering, it is vital to reduce the earthquake affect for the structure. The ship lifting is the important tool promoting the passing vessel in the large-scale water control pivot project. Compared with multistage ship-strobe, the ship lifting can shorten the time of vessel passing dam greatly. The ship lifting structure is one kind of high supple structure, and the lower structure's rigidity is much bigger than the upper structure's. Such huge rigidity's sudden change would cause intense whipping effect to the ship lifting under earthquake. Therefore, reducing its whipping effect becomes a current extremely important research subject.The Pan Boolean algebra is one kind of the new logical tool which based on the Boolean algebra in the 1980s. It is Boolean number with the different state, and could describe the complex process. The Pan Boolean algebra logical control (short for "logical control") is a new computer control theory. At present, the logical control has been applied to the temperature control of the air conditioning, the dispensation of materials in the production process of cement mill and the basis weight control of the paper. In the aspect of structure quakeproof control, the logical control has also been utilized successfully in the tall building with podium structure using MR damper. The logical control algorithm has been already used in the structure vibration control, but it is the first time to be used in the research of the ship lifting structure.First, this dissertation introduces the structural vibration control's and the ship lifting structural anti-vibration control's development and the present situation, as well as the present situation of the logical control. Second, base on the ship lifting structural technical parameter and its dynamics model, the ship lifting structural simulation model is set up and the simulation has been carried on without controller under the earthquake. It shows the obvious roof whiplash effect by the simulation. So in order to decreasing the roof whiplash effect of ship lifting under the earthquake, according to the logical control rule, the nine points, the twenty-five points and the twenty-seven points logical controllers are designed, and utilized in the ship lifting structure separately. Finally, this dissertation analyzes comparatively the control effects of the three different logic controllers, and the response under no control and logical control. The simulation result shows that the logical control method not only is simple, flexible and convenient, but also may decrease the roof whiplash effect of ship lifting under the earthquake effectively. Especially, when twenty-five points logical controller is applied, the control effect is most obvious. The conclusion is that the more division of the movement process would realize the system's anticipated performance better.
