As the rapid development of wind power, the offshore wind lifting ship has become an extremely significant and new-type offshore engineering vessel which centralizes functions of transport ship and jack up paltform like transmitting,lifting, and installing.But the ship may encounter different kinds of accidents when facing extremely complex sea environment. So what this paper studies and analyzes are the accidentally dropping of cabin and the collision between the ship and tower and providing reference for the design and lifting work of this kind of vessel.Following are the main research work and analysis:(1)The paper analyzes the risk of structure damage during the process of lifting and proposes the main range of the security research of the vessel; Also the paper uses MSC.Dytran to establish the 3D model of the vessel;(2)When the offshore wind lifting vessel is working near the foundation pile, the risk may exist that the ship may hit against the pile because of the wind and waves or artificial operation. Adopting the target ship as example, the paper uses software to simulate that the ship hits against the pile laterally(90°and 45°)at slow speeds, and gets a series of energy conversion and absorption as well as structural deformation and damage of the vessel in the whole process, and obtains the range of speed which may cause structure damage;(3)In the process of lifting of cabin, the risk may exist that the cabin drops down and causes personal injury and poverty loss in the process of installing due to artificial operation or other reasons. This paper uses the biggest unit, cabin as example and simulates processes of dropping down accidentally in different speeds to get structural deformation of the vessel as well as energy conversion and absorption and obtain the critical speed which causes the ship structure yield and plastic deformation as well as damage, and proposes the limit of laying down speed.(4)The paper simulates the impact and influence to the ship structure when the lift lays down the cabin in different speed, and proposes the measures of structure strengthen and cushion. The paper stimulates that the ship adds pillar at the strong frame and paves rubber at the deck when the cabin is laying down at a higher speed and compares different results of the two methods, and the rubber is better.The results and research methods of this paper could provide guidance for the study of the similar impact of ships or other structures.
