Research On Evaluating And Optimizing Of Nanjing Urban Residential Sub-districts Landscape

Along with the intensifying urbanization in recent years, city territory changes with each passing day. With the large-scale urban construction and renovation, people have come to realize the importance of improving environment and quality of life. Residential environment is closely connected with people's life and its construction has been concerned and regarded. Meanwhile, living environment, a key component in the commercial development of residential communities, along with city develping ,there will be many landscape problems on residential districts landscape construction ,which affect on the convenience of people's living and the sustainable developments of urban human settlements.The research on the qualitative evaluation of residential districts landscape was relatively new in our country, a few scholars also have studied on this point, but the objectsthey studied almost emphasis on the cities, and the commercial residential sub-districts that was developing rapidly were ignored.So,this paper attempts to build up an appropriate model for the evaluation of Nanjing residential district landscape ,through the research of an overall study on the outdoor landscape residential district.This paper composed of the following aspects:1) outline the developmental stages and summarize characteristics of Nanjing residential environment in the past years ever since China's reform and opening in light of the national condition as well as residential development;2)The paper confirm its index evaluation through the study on the three aspects of ecological virescence, visual landscape as well as the behavior and psychology of the residents landscape ,and set up the system of Nanjing residential sub-districts landscape synthesis evaluation by applying analytic hierarchy process and Weber Ernst Heinrich- Fechner GustavTheodor evaluation. Then choose ten sample residential sub-district to study the level of its landscape design, analyzed the shortcomings;3) Aimed at the results from qualitative evaluation of Nanjing residential districts landscape, embarked on the ecological virescence, the visual landscape as well as the behavior and psychology of the residential sub-districts three aspects, and then put forward policy countermeasures and suggestions to improving Nanjing residential districts landscape.
