Since from 70th of twenty century, diaphragm pump had been thought as the ideal equipment, which developed quickly during the most developed countries could be used to transport solid and liquid quality. Previously, because of the influence from all kinds of factors, the volume and working pressure is small all the time. According as time changes, this kind of diaphragm pump with small volum and working pressure could not fully meet the demand of the enterprise. In order to work out this problem, this topic to big row quantity and high work pressure of the diaphragm pump of the motive carried to carry on a research.This thesis made design and investigation for the motive face of diaphragm pump mainly on big volume and high expel pressure. This thesis mainly on the research of motive face of the diaphragm pump. Our research object is DP100-5, three jar single action diaphragm pump, whose expel pressure is 5Mpa per 100m .Diaphragm pump is consisted with driving system, motive face, hydraulic press face, control system, hydraulic assist system and the compensation system of material out or in. The main function that the diaphragm pump motive carry is back and forth sport which exercises the conversion as diaphragm the revolve of electrical engineering And its motive face is mainly consisted with gear axle,crank shaft,connecting rod, piston and so on.Using the software of SolidWorks to make modle and install for every parts of DP100-5, three jar single action diaphragm pump then use CosmosMotion to make dynamic simulation for it. Immediately after 3D model with imitate really get the carry of each spare parts lotus condition of duct into the inside of the ANSYS software together,then made strength analysis, The exploitation is finally subjected to dint analytical the result of conduct and actions was excellent to turn an analytical stipulation condition to get the superior size of zero partses,and the optimizational size of the parts is gained, the optimization design of the motive face parts of DP100-5, three jar single action diaphragm pump was made, too. Combine will excellent turn in front and back size row form to carry on contrast.
