Study On The Methods Of Subjective Evaluation For The Optimization Of Jiuheyuan Town Humen Settlements

Village is always the Utopia of the human settlements dream. In china the paty and the government pay more and more attention to the rural problem and also the rural human settlements problem.But with the rapid development of human,the rural human settlements are getting worse and worse ,the rural people want to optimizate the human settlements more and more enthusiastically ,In such background,study on evaluation and optimization of rural human settlements becomes hot topic gradually.Firstly this paper analyzes the necessity of the study on rural human settlements and probe into the theory background of the methods of subjective evaluation of human settlements.To study the human settlements of JiuHeYuan town,this paper constructs the methods system of subjective evaluation,in the quantitative methods of this system about evaluation of rural human settlements including five first-rank evaluation factors and fifteen second-rank evaluation factors.This paper collects data of subjective evaluation by the questionnaire form,then gets the conclusion by the methods of the Analytic Hierarchy process and the Fuzzy Mathematics ; The qualitative methods includes the method of observing with Photograph Technique and the method of free talk.Based on the comprehensive conclusions ,the paper puts forward the optimization thoughts and optimization strategy.
