Along with the power industry scale of production continue to expand and advanced applications of the power dispatching system appearing, The data of power system operation control centre has become larger and larger, data flows are increasingly complex. As many systems of internal scheduling are individual building, and there is lack of the overall design and unified layout, result to unreasonable flow of data in systems, communication interfaces of the systems are complex. Moreover, the data of system is decentralized, the parameters of network model are not shared, increasing difficulty of system parameters and the data maintaining, which also objective promote building the data platform of power system dispatching.Public information model (CIM model) advance a standard of exchange information in the power system, making it can be integrated in any field. Through this standard can be achieved easy data exchange in the power systems between the different isomers. So using it to planning to a unified data-flow for further improving the horizontal contacting between the scheduling, lay a good foundation for the building of public data exchange platform for security in the next.This paper is sufficient study the IEC 61968 agreement and IEC 61970 agreement, appropriate extension the resource model of power systems. In equipment model creating and expanding, the main basis is IEC 61970 agreement in the CIM model, and strive to universal and rationality when creat and expand the model.This paper based on the CIM model, aim at the characteristics of public data exchange platform for security and CIM model services, combined with the object-oriented modeling thinking and realized the physical module, data currency module and data resources module of the CIM model. The equipment modeling thinking of the CIM model also corresponding sum up.
