Modern air traffic management systems highly dependent on information technology.A high-speed,efficient and timely data communication is the basis for efficient operations of air traffic management systems.At present,there are many business systems in air traffic control fields,and there are many types of data structure and operational business data.Information transmission between units in air traffic control fields requires separate links to be established.The cost of system construction and maintenance is extremely high,which is a process of informationization in the field of civil aviation.Thus,it is imperative to conduct research on air traffic control business data standards and norms upon the basis of comparative research on foreign aviation powers and regions represented by United States and Europe.Then,combine it with Chinese air traffic control system and business situationally.This article takes the air traffic control business data standard specification as the research object,discusses the basis of the current air traffic control business data standard in detail,takes FIXM(Flight Information Exchange Model)technology as an example,studies and analyzes Chinese air Technical specifications and data standards for traffic management systems.Combined with the actual operation of Chinese air traffic management business,we have studied the technical implementation of the data exchange platform for air traffic management operations,including data buses and service buses,to achieve the unified exchange of typical information between different business systems,including the publication/subscription of various types of information Queuing,message routing and other functions have laid the foundation for the construction of the air traffic management core business network.Finally,based on the primitive data such as airspace data,airport data,flight plan,aeronautical information and other primitive data of the Central-South Air Control Zone,this paper combines the relevant communication and navigation interface specifications and monitoring technology to conduct experimental verification on the air traffic control business data platform to establish SWIM(System Wide Information Management)to provide theoretical support and technical support.
