The Research On SCADA Heterogeneous Data Interaction Platform Based On IEC 61970

At present, the need of various power systems to be connected to each other is increasingly exigent. As the basic running and supervisory platform of power grid, and the important support platform of the future intelligent power grid, SCADA's standard and open degree becomes to be very important. With the aim to improve the open degree of the SCADA system, this paper brings forward to build a distribution network SCADA heterogeneous data platform based on IEC 61970. This paper carries out theory analysis and implementation to the application of IEC 61970 in SCADA system. According to the characteristics of distribution network, the metadata model described by CIM is mapped into relational database model and the SCADA system database conforming to CIM is built. CIS common service interface and generic data access interface are implemented by Web services. On this basis, CIM/XML interface and CIS calling interface of distribution network academic line loss are realized and used to validate the correctness of design and implementation of this platform.
