The bulldozer may improve the smooth precision of the construction road surface obviously in neat place process by using laser-controlled land leveling technology.This research aim passes principle analysis and experiments fulfillment in digesting the absorption abroad advanced technical foundation, following an electronics component to develop new trend, choosing one kind of laser launcher and the laser receiver to be suitable for the laser control flat land system. The research develops a set of control device to suit for being used widely in our country and its function is good. That device is to make use of microprocessor system and integrates a misty control rule of built-in control software, its characteristic is: The price is low, press with domestic and international bulldozer liquid to regulate system and permit like.In work process the change of bulldozer's load is big, and hard to estimated.The operators only depend on the feeling to adapt load by the manual operation.So there are slow and uncertainty. And it will cause some problem such as slow bulldozer's work efficiency, bad work quality and big operators' labor intensity and so on.By establishing automatic control model of the shovel and using automatic rises and falls control system's procedure this kind of situation will be improved greatly.Using the laser control flat land system we has carried on the flat land experiment in the construction location. The test results indicated: This system may work normally, and the controller is good compatibility with and domestic and foreign hydraulic control valve's. Finally carried on summary to the research result, and put forward the path which improves thatsystem.
