With the development of modern science and technology and electronic warfaretechnology, automatic leveling system have been quite common, but different vehicleshave their own leveling system, and part of the leveling system has been unable to meetthe needs of leveling. Taking the actual situation of the vehicle leveling system intoaccount, we design a general leveling system which can fast into battle, maintain highaccuracy and ensure reliable stability, these put forward higher requirements to theresearch of the vehicle leveling system.By analyzing the theoretical study of vehicle leveling system, combined with theactual situation of vehicle reversed the overall program level system design, this papermainly solves the control and subject parts of the mechanical leveling system, and themain contents are as follows: First, we design the vehicle leveling test system bycomparing and analyzing common leveling structure, comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of leveling hydraulic and electromechanical control systems, and finally, weselect electromechanical leveling control system. By comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of various control systems, we use microcomputer control system; Secondly,We design the mechanical assembly drawing of vehicle leveling test systems, theassembly drawings of single-leg leg and part drawings by analyzing and studying the maintransmission mechanism. By studying and analyzing the leveling system, combining itskey performance parameters, we design a mathematical model that reflects the levelingsystem platform, and by studying and analyzing the leveling system modeling its statics,we draw the relationship between the force and the horizontal tilt of each leg of finally;Thirdly, by comparing the various leveling methods, leveling strategies, and integratingtheir advantages and disadvantages, we choose the most suitable vehicle leveling methodsand strategies, and find ways to effectively solve the problem of false legs. Finally, Bystudying the comparison of various control methods, we ultimately determine to usemicrocomputer control system. We establish leveling test systems, which mainly aim theresearch and analysis of mechanical systems and control systems, and we achieve levelingsimulation test.Through researching and analyzing leveling system, and processing Miniaturization,we design suitable mechanical parts and control parts, effectively shorten the leveling time,improve leveling accuracy, and ultimately achieve the electromechanical coupling. Therefore research of vehicles leveling system have practical significance for the levelingsystem which can be applied to actual leveling vehicles.
