Ancient Village's Protection And Development Research In New Village's Construction

A significant historic task of building a new socialism countryside was proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Party Central Committee which made countryside has been a noticeable change and provide a rare developing opportunity for the ancient village's development. As speeding up the process of urbanization and the pace of new village's construction, some ancient villages' construction elegant appearance and honest socio-cultural environment alike have been destroyed to various certain extents and some are facing the danger of collapse and dead. Once destroys as complex of ancient village of the material cultural heritage and non-material cultural heritage, then meant vanishing which generations inherited the historical cultural accumulates over thousands of years. Nothing can compensate for the great loss of mind. Therefore, the protection of strengthening the ancient village has been received the social universal attention. The member of the Chinese People' Political Consultative Conference Feng Jicai proposed "cultural spatial nest and its countermeasure", appealing to rescue folk cultural heritage which is draining fast in the ancient village; In April 2007, at the forum "china cultural heritage protects Wu Xi" ,the conference representative published their ideas about how to protect local construction together and put forward to proposal about the local building's protection and utilization. Therefore, we discuss how to improve the people's living standards in construction of new villages, in the meantime it is the question which we will solve urgently and protect the ancient villages reasonably.Through reading and reorganizing interrelated literatures, this article understood about ancient villages' progress in the construction of new countryside and travel planning, analyzed and summarized relative theory announced what problems that ancient villages' protection and traveling are facing and explored, summarized some solution measures.On the basis of works in above, put the protection and traveling plan of the ancient village in Xi Yuanci, Shanxi in practice, has done the practical research, and has conducted the analysis research on certain important theory principles' concrete utilization, proposed the corresponding countermeasure proceeding specific conditions.At the end of the paper, mainly further summarizes in the practice foundation and knows the ancient villages' protection and traveling plan's theory in the new villages' construction, which provide the theory reference from the ancient village protection and the use.
