Such situation as fluctuated operation of electrical network, increasing harm of harmonic and abnormality of atmosphere adversely influence entrepreneurs which depend on electrical network to produce. According to those adverse elements , the paper designs a synthetic monitor system which adapts to some entrepreneurs that own generators. The system ensures that entrepreneurs could operate in qualified electrical atmosphere. The paper designs a synthetic monitor system based on single chip microcomputer Atmega series, which particularly adapt to enterprises-owned power plant. The system includes two important part: power resources which ensures qualified operation condition and regulation of reactive power distribution which improves the system' s ability of undertaking harmonic and rationally distributes the reactive power.By sampling, analyzing and controlling such electrical parameters as voltage , current, system period, frequence, phase-angle, the device monitors the real-time operational situation of system and switches the power resources when external electricity fluctuates or disappears. The device accordingly adopts load shedding mode to ensure that local electrical network normally operates .distinctly decreases lose of entrepreneurs, improves the stability of the system. The device makes the generator' s reactive power distribution and capacitors switching together, rationally adapts the reactive power involved in the system. In order to improving the stability of system and economizing energy the device adopts harmonic suppression in terms of hardware. The stability and compatibility is also fully considered in the device.
