The sustained oscillation phenomenon often appears when an induction motor (IM) drive system operates under the control mode in which V/f is kept constant. Making use of TI Company's special motor-control microprocessor TMS320F2812 as its control core, the intelligent power module 7MBP100RA120 as switch parts of an inverter and SVPWM as control strategy, an experimental platform is developed for achieving variable frequency adjustable speed. The platform is not only provided with showing the sustained oscillation phenomenon of rotor speed, but also developing control arithmetic time after time according to system actual needs. The experimental results prove that this experiment platform has simple structure, reliable performance and open condition which supply a reasonable and practice platform for analyzing speed sustained oscillation in the induction motor system and provide powerful guarantee for improving and eliminating the sustained oscillation phenomenon.
