With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, main auto-ration methods such as hand-packing, cubage ration, weighing ration can't satisfy the needs of modernization, it is an advanced research problem in package engineering subject, but alse is one of difficult problem that needs resolving in practice.Because auto-ration package technology in our country gets behind, we offer combination weight to realize packeting automatically with high resolution and high velocity based on advanced computer controlling technology and developing direction of auto ration package technology in foreign countries, In this system, PC is controlling center, many microcomputer applying systems and PLC controllings systems are called objects. According to the working commands of PC, microcomputer application systems control feeding weighing hoppers, collecting data from weighing sensors and making data pre-process. Data is conveyed to PC by RS-485 bus, PC starts combination calculation, displays weight in every hopper and dynamic pictures, draws real-time curves and history curves, detects trouble automatically, saves data and manages the database; in the same time, PLC controlling systems control packeting machine, main feeders and radial feeders automatically according to PC's command.In the system, controlling digitally electromagnetic vibration feeder is firstly put forward, in the same time, we research it's intellective control by fuzzy PID method.in realizing progress, we design hardware by applying credibility theory and develop software by VB, VC, Html Help Workshop and SQL Server.In addition, this system has some excellent characters such as automatically tracking weighing zero, creditable serial communication, friendly and clear displaying interface, intelligently adjusting feeding ranges. In expriment, the weighing velocity is between 65 to 70 packages per minute, ration resolution is up to±1g when weighing 500-gram products. In summary, the property of this system has attached advanced level in auto-ration packeting field in our country.
