The Shell Weighing And Typing System Design

This paper aims at the disadvantages of weighing up cannon-shot and typewriting by manpower such as the high intensity of labor, low work efficiency, frequent error movement and so on.This paper discusses the development of system which can weigh up the cannon-shot and typewrite automatically. The research of this system would realize the automatization of weighing up vary kinds of cannon-shot and typewriting, reduce the intensity of labor and improve the work efficiency.During the system program and structure design, through accurate calculating and strict reasoning, and taking PLC as control center, we accomplished the communication between PLC and electronical platform balance, realized the function of weighing up cannon-pot automatically, made judgement of the gained weight and gave relevant alarm sigal; we compiled the PLC control software which established the function of weighing up cannon-pot and typewriting automatically after field debugging; we completed the mission of downloading the upper limit and lower limit of different kinds of cannon-pot, displayed the result in the upper industrial control machine through the program design of commucation between upper machine and lower machine; we also achieved the function of storing data into the database, inquiring database and printing report forms. We proved the ralitionality and reliability by field experiment.After the course of design, system establishment and field debugging, this system has come into the using stage. The system runs in the state of stabilization, credibility, high efficiency and good function.
