Ingredient is the key link to determine the quality of products,in the food,feed,rubber,building materials,metallurgy,chemical and other industries.The traditional artificial weighing and batching system has the shortcomings of low accuracy,low production efficiency and so on.In view of the above question,this topic designs the automatic weighing and batching system based on PLC.The control system consists of PLC,HMI,weighing instrument,frequency converter and so on.The system can realize the online dynamic weighing in the production process,and PLC can obtain the real-time data of the weighing instrument through the RS232 serial port communication,and carry out the automatic weighing and feeding.PLC controls frequency converter to achieve multi speed feed,to solve the contradiction between the batching accuracy and feeding speed in the traditional batching system.The main work is as follows.Firstly,the METTLER TOLEDO IND236 weighing instrument characteristics is analyzed,communication protocol and data output format of the IND236 weighing instrument is studied.A theoretical basis for control system PLC and weighing instrument of communication and data processing has been set up.Secondly,according to the actual requirements of the production site,the overall scheme of the control system is specified,and the control system is mainly composed of PLC,weighing instrument,frequency converter and HMI.Thirdly,the liquid materials automatic weighing batching system software part of the PLC is designed,the control system is divided into manual,semi-automatic,automatic three operating modes,including the PLC main program,serial communication program,feeding and alarm program.Fourthly,touch screen operating system is designed,touch screen mainly includes the monitoring picture,parameter settings picture and alarm picture.The material parameter setting can be easily carried out by the touch screen operator,and the real-time monitoring of the feed weight can be realized.The system has been successfully applied to the batching plant of a Qingdao biological technology,and it improves the quality of the ingredients and production efficiency.
