Study On The Construction Technology Of Underpass Heavy-Load Freeway Box Girder Bridge

With the rapid development of national economy, highway construction career has made significant achievement. The plan of national freeway network has been finished. How to link up the new roads and the existent freeway in the network is beening an importand task.Bridge construction is the key to bridge building. The construction technology directly relates to the development of bridge construction. Construction method is a very important part of the construction process. Thus, the bridge construction method has always been a very important part of bridge engineering.With the restriction of construction space and transport condition, the launching construction method has extensive applied prospect,because it need little required equipment and occupy little construction space. It has the characteristic of economical, shortcut, convenience, constructing pithiness and quality guarantee.Combined with the engineering characteristic and the natural conditions of topography, geology of Jingzhu freeway and assist highway of Xingwei freeway, taking the Underpass Heavy-load Freeway Box Girder Bridge that construct by launching as subject investigated, the control technology of the bridge that construct by launching was systemic studied in this paper. In order to guarantee opening traffic of Jingzhu freeway, economical, convenience and occupy little construction space. Then the construction task could be finished safety. Construction quality could be guaranteed. Good social-economic benefit was being obtained.
