This paper orthometricly intimate a large-span steel box girder construction in the whole process by Incremental Launching method by the large finite element software of ANSYS,analyse the mechanical properties ,research and discuss the construction monitoring techniques involved in the incremental launching construction.It not only offer a solid theoretical basis to the construction of large bridge,but also enrich our country's achievement of incremental launching construction,perfect the research of the large-span steel box girder construction,and offer certain reference value to the other bridges' construction.This paper have finished some works as follow:1.It expound speculative knowledge of the finite element method and related knowledge of ANSYS.This paper derivation the element stiffness matrix of beam,truss and rigid frame, is familiar with the key process of ANSYS modeling and the command streams applied in the model,compare the characteristic of the two starting model methods,provide a solid theoretical basis for the steel box girder incremental launching construction modeling.2.It expound the plane bar system counting principle of orthorhombic incremental launching construction,and intimate a large-span steel box girder construction and do some computational analysis,under the background of some bridge.3.The computation of the steel box girder incremental launching construction and parameter analysis.Based on the existing steel box girder incremental launching construction,hard to find a finite element calculation method for steel box girder incremental launching construction,intimate further the steel box girder incremental launching construction,analyse the influence of some parameter to steel box girder incremental launching construction 4.The optimization of nose girder,the force analysis of temporary pierBy analysing the role of nose girder in the incremental launching construction and the nose girder length influence on temporary pier's counter-force,make sure the optimized length of nose girder;expound the role of temporary pier in the incremental launching construction,by comparing the counter-force of temporary pier in each testing condition of incremental launching construction,analyse the compressive property and horizontal force of the temporary pier.For some problems in the practical incremental launching construction,such as the nose girder upwarp too much to contact the slideway,do the analysis of causes,and find the best solution.5.Analyse the result of the example,summarize the primary mechanical characteristics of steel box girder in the incremental launching construction,to avoid the disadvantage of structure in the incremental launching construction.
