With the development of science, the high reliability requirement of industrial products in aerospace, military products, large-scale complex equipment, becoming more and more prevalent and costly,there are some products unable to carry out a large number of experiments, which leads to a small sample of a product and the reliability is usually low. The most important thing is that the traditional way of doing reliability experiments cannot meet the demands. To solve this problem, this paper presents the method of reliability analysis based on failure physics theory and combined with the maximum entropy method from mathematical statics to present a reasonable analysis for an experimental sample. Using this method,some reliable experimental parameters can be obtained. The methods of reliability analysis are included in the following aspects:1. Combined with Monte Carlo simulation method and the maximum entropy, the probability density function and parameter for the unknown distribution of data is solved.This paper also presents the relationship between the method of fitting the goodness of fit test and fitting effect. Determined the rationality and validity of the method by discussing the maximum entropy method.2.Determined the experimental methods for different failure modes and the method of data analysis by discussing the reliability experimental method for a high reliability small sample product.3.Based on the failure physics theory, the design of high reliability product and reliability verification software in engineering application is realized.In general, the high reliability product in the paper is based on the method of reliability experimental theory and the calculation of the algorithm has a certain breakthrough and by using this method.
