Nearly, with the development of society, the requirement of transportation is more and more, and traffic on bridge is also gone up, especially increasing of wangon, which lead to more over loading. In our country, relational department and local government do a series of renovation to over loading and limit, and we receive some achievement. But over loading and limit relate to a many factors, renovation is very difficult. Besides, gaining interest and no solver of headstream, which make over loading and limit are more serious.As throat of railway, bridge's act is more important to ensure it's unblock. Since bridge carry automobile load, it easily destroyed by over loading, even bridge structure appear wreck that will endanger to people's life and property. Now although we still renovate to over loading and limit, it will not clear up in short time. This is a lengthy and difficult work. In such situation, how to improve bridge's carrying capacity and try our best to reduce bridge's destroyed degree is a problem in front of bridge's designer.Now, middle and small span bridge are more predominance to large span bridge in quantity or in distance. Besides, automobile over loading are more influence on middle and small span than large span bridge. Researching to middle and small span bridge will reduce damage to society.In this paper, inspecting and analysis automobile over loading is to ensue damage degree of bridge as over loading. To had constructed bridge over loading, we analyze its carrying capacity and select proper reinforce measures to improve its carrying capacity and extend its life-span. To no having construct bridge over loading, we should select proper bridge system and section types by statistics of over loading automobile. Besides, we should calculate reinforcement for section. But this bridge section is not best, we should do more research for most excellent bridge.
